Ho Chi Minh, Da Nang city list in the good destination

Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang have recently been mentioned as among top 10 destinations which are not far from Singapore by relax.com.sg, a publication of AsiaOne.
Calling those cities “hidden treasures,” the page also introduced highlights of those places as well as how people can get there.
“Formerly known as Saigon, HCMC is home to several historical monuments including the Cu Chi tunnels used during the Vietnam War, the Opera House and Notre Dame Cathedral. Vast entertainment and nightlife, and a haven for food and shopping, Vietnam’s capital city is a bustling Southeast Asian city with something for everyone,” the article wrote.
Meanwhile, the website mentioned Da Nang as a place renowned for nearby UNESCO world heritage sites such as the Imperial City of Hue and the My Sons’ ruins.
“The Marble Mountains just south of Da Nang stands out as the enchanting spot for fantastic cave exploration. Another key highlight for visitors is Cham Island, known for some coral reef snorkeling and a beachside seafood BBQ”.
Other places in the list include Vientiane, Lombok, Makassar, Yogyakarta, Kochi, Siem Reap, Yangon, and Kota Kinabalu.

Take a look at the largest resort

The Asian Coast Development (Canada) Limited (ACDL), the investor in the Ho Tram Strip Project, recently announced its largest tourist complex in Vietnam.
The first hotel tower with 551 rooms was completed ahead of schedule and will become operational in January 2013. Construction of the second five-star hotel tower was recently started ahead of schedule and it will include 559 rooms and an entertainment center to be linked with the first tower.
Project CEO Lloyd Nathan said the project had created about 6,000 jobs and had paid a large amount of taxes.
The project will cost over US$4 billion and take 10 years for completion.
It is expected that the project will be completed by 2020 including 9,000 five-star rooms, 2,000 gaming computers, golf courts and entertainment facilities such as a casino targeting foreign customers.
The Ho Tram Strip spans along the coast in Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province. As the largest tourist complex in Vietnam, the project will include five five-star hotels, two of which will comprise of recreation and golf facilities.

Spanish comtemporary dance will be open in Hanoi city

(CPV) – Spanish artists will take their “Let’s face the music and dance” piece, a Spanish contemporary dance to the Au Co Arts Center, 8 Huynh Thuc Khang street, Hanoi on November 16.
“Let’s face the music and dance” is a compilation of several fragments from Teresa Nieto En Copanía latest pieces. Special moments portraying a representative synthesis of the work, style and ‘landscape’ of the company: a journey through its twenty year long history.
The show is meant to be an ode to the enjoyment of dance and its beauty, embracing the audience with an eclectic and vibrant music selection.
“The performance provides us precious moments, feeling the beauty of mundanca image in its calmness."
Teresa Nieto handles the aesthetic aspect well and it is clearly reflected in the layout of the show, the use of space as well as creating elegant and sexy dances. The selection of music also increases the dance’s depth and its humanity value.”
This spectacle has been organised by Instituto Cervantes and the Embassy of Spain with the cooperation of the Spain Vietnam Friendship Association and the sponsorship of Vitexco.
Teresa Nieto is a board member of Cía Bocanada Dance group, co-director and dancer for Cía Arrieritos dance group. She won the Special Certificate for the best choreographer in the first choreo Contest for Choregraphers in Festival Flamenco de Jerez in 1999.
Beside this, she won the stage director association award for the Best Choreographer “Estado hormonal”; Madrid’s Cultural Award in 2002; National Dance Award in 2004; Villa de Madrid Award in 2007 for the Best Choreographer; Max Award in 2007 and the Best Female Dancer in 2009…/.
