However, they tell jokes to each other, laughing at comical dramas on TV, on stage, and on film. In short, their sense of humour is enriched with various cultural products, including films. This year’s Japanese Film Festival introduces the diversity of comedy in hopes of sharing their laughs and smiles with the Vietnamese audience. Eight popular and smash-hit films all made in 2000s have been carefully selected to showcase the variety of comical senses in Japanese film.
The films will be screened at the festival including Cannonball Wedlock; A Good Husband; Permanent Nobara; The Chef of South Polar; Double Trouble; Summer Days with Coo; Mind Game; Hush!
