(CPV) - Passengers can buy tickets with special discounts of 50 to 70 % compared to the normal prices on international flights operated by the national flag carrier, Vietnam Airlines, over three days this August.
It was released in Ha Long city on July 26 at a workshop introducing the Airlines’ services and products jointly held by Northern Office of Vietnam Airlines and Quang Ninh provincial Department of Sport, Culture and Tourism.
These “Hello Autumn” promotional tickets will be departing from mid-September to December 31 this year.
The greatest discounts will be available on flights to Bangkok (Thailand) with 60USD, followed by flights to Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) and Singapore, which will cost only 79 and 99 USD, respectively.
Besides, the carrier will also lower prices by 20 to 30 % for international flights from Vietnam to Taiwan (China), China, Japan and some ASEAN nations.
At the event, Quang Ninh province inked an agreement with the Airlines to enhance the effectiveness of the international promotion of Ha Long Bay, a World Heritage site recognized twice by UNESCO for its natural beauty and geological value, to international friends.
With 46 international and 37 domestic routes, so far, passengers can direct fly to Siem Reap, Phnom Penh (Cambodia), Vientiane and Luang Prabang (Laos) by using services operated by the Airlines./.
