HCMC-based Hoa Sen University and Vatel International Business School in Hotel & Tourism Management (France) on Thursday launched a Bachelor’s degree in International Hotel Management at the Movenpick Hotel Saigon in Phu Nhuan District.
The three-year training program marked the university’s ambition to make Tourism-Hotel-Restaurant Management Major one of the key majors with many training levels. Candidates for this program are students graduating from high school and matching the program’s entry requirements (after examining records and testing English level). Accepted students have the chance of winning a Bachelor’s degree in International Hotel Management certified by Vatel which was established in 1981 and has 30 schools worldwide.
On the same day, invited guests joined a buffet party at Vatel Restaurant (120bis Suong Nguyet Anh in District 1) which is run by Vatel students under the supervision of international managers and teachers as part of their program. The restaurant offers a-la-carte and buffet menu featuring authentic French dishes and culinary workshop/cooking class, wine tasting and bakery/chocolate class.
