Architect Vo Trong Nghia and his journey to “seek failure” Vietnamese honoured as 21st century architect Stacking Green House. His “Stacking Green” project topped 15 candidates in the “House” category and his “Binh Duong School” project outdid 9 others in the “School” category. The “Stacking Green” house was constructed on a small plot of land (4 by 20 metres) in district 2, HCM City. The front and back of the house were made entirely of cantilevered concrete planters, each at slightly different levels in harmony with the height of desired plants. Binh Duong School. The “Binh Duong School” was built in the middle of a lush forest outside HCM City, providing an open, breathable space for nearly 800 students who wish to learn and relax at the same time. The World Architecture Festival is the largest live awards competition aimed at sharing architectural experiences from across the globe.
