The event is open for anyone who wants to participate and it aims to raise funds for KOTO to cover the rental expense of training centres and housing for 200 trainees for 1 year. The 50km charity cycle route will head west from Hanoi and take cyclists to the beautiful Dong Mo Lake where riders will complete their route with a 10 minute boat ride. Upon arrival, everyone will have time to explore leafy forests on the island, enjoy fruit-picking, or take a dip in the fresh water of Dong Mo Lake. The warm hospitality and continuous cheering of KOTO staff and trainees will accompany cyclists throughout the ride and will spur on even the most tired pedallers.
