On Sep. 17th, at the Van Hai eco-tourism complex (in Quan Lan, Van Don), in order to improve the quality of human resource working in tourism sector, the Quang Ninh Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has opened a training course on tourism profession and English communication skills for 80 learners who are officials and employees working in tourism industry from Van Hai Viglacera JSC.
The aim of the course is to provide the learners with basic knowledge of tourism profession skill and organize hand-on activities to help them improve their skills as well as ability of speaking English, creating confidence in serving the tourists who come to explore Van Don.
As scheduled, the course lasts one month, focusing on the contents, namely: reception skill training (such as communication skills, tourist marketing, check-in procedures...), and English communication skill training.
