VietNamNet Bridge – The Japanese Film Festival titled “Comedy 2012” will take place in Hanoi, Phan Thiet and Ho Chi Minh City from October 25-December 1.
Eight Japanese popular films, all made in the 2000s with a lot of comical senses, will be screened.
They all have Japanese and English subtitles with Vietnamese voice-over. In Hanoi, children can watch “Summer Days with Coo” on October 27 and November 3.
Free tickets are available at the Japan Foundation Centre for Cultural Exchange in Vietnam (27 Quang Trung Street, Hanoi) as from 2pm on October 19.
In Phan Thiet and HCM City, no tickets are required.
The festival will be held at the National Cinema Centre in Hanoi from October 25 to November 4, at 19/4 Cinema in Phan Thiet from November 16-18, and at Dong Da Cinema in HCM City from November 24 to December 1.
