Vietnam Festival in Japan, first organized in 2008, welcomed 35 years for a foreign relation between two countries. The Festival attracted to about 150,000 participants. Since then, Vietnam festival in Japan has become the biggest event to promote a cultural exchange between nations and this the fifth between Vietnam and Japan. As scheduled, there will be more than 70 pavilions with special Vietnamese foods and introductions about famous landscapes and places in Vietnam. 22 famous singers and artisans will perform traditional music and dances. The highlight of this year’s festival is “Meet Vietnam!”. Vietnamese gastronomy, music, culture and displays of traditional souvenirs will be introduced. The festival is held by the Vietnamese Festival Council and the Vietnamese Embassy in Japan./.
