The annual Indochina Literary Conference and the Mekong River Literary Prize will be conducted from September 10-14 at Furama Resort in the central city of Da Nang, Vietnam.
The conference includes 100 writers from countries in the region including Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia, along with representatives from Thailand, China, Myanmar, and Vietnam – India Friendship Association participating as observers.
The Indochina Literary Conference was initiated by the Vietnam Writer's Association. The first conference marked the launch of the Mekong River Literary Prize, held annually in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia, aiming to promote literary cooperation and development, and stimulate innovation between the three countries./.
