Nien said the RoK has become an important economic partner of Vietnam in Asia . He expressed his belief that economic, trade and investment ties between the two nations will develop strongly in the coming time.
Recently, the province has promoted exchange and cooperation with organisations, associations and localities of the RoK, with the aim of sharing information and supporting each other in many fields as well as deepening the partnership between the two countries, Nien added.
The event provides the two sides with a chance to introduce cultural and arts characteristics of both sides through activities such as photo exhibition, culinary exchange, film screening and sports activities.
RoK Consul General in Ho Chi Minh City Oh Jae-Hack said the Vietnam-RoK relations have seen a strong development since the two countries established diplomatic ties in 1992.
