As part of the celebrations for 2012 DIFC, a Tourism and Real Estate Exhibition is being held near the Han River Swing Bridge from 26 April to 3 May.

Organized by Cat Media JSC, the event will introduce new real estate projects including villas, luxury apartments and land for terrace houses in Da Nang. The lots for terrace houses in Hoa Xuan, Thien Park and Mt. Ham Vang residential areas are selling at 2.5 and 2.6 million VND m2.
