Hotel Equatorial HCMC will launch Vietnam Meets Malaysia promotion at Chit Chat Restaurant. Designed by executive chef Vincent Tan the promotion will highlight many tasty Vietnamese specialties such as cha gio (Vietnamese spring roll), banh xeo (Vietnamese rice flour crepe), bun thit nuong (grilled pork with rice noodle), banh hoi (roasted pork or grilled pork ball with flat rice noodle) and Malaysian classics such as briyani kambing (mutton briyani rice), roti canai, murtabak and roti jala and nasi lemak, nyonya’s fresh popiah, kueh talam (pandan & coconut layered cake), kueh cara and many more. The buffet is served from 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. from today until September 2.
