General Mills will today open the first Haagen-Dazs Cafe in down own HCMC, giving a chance for city slickers to enjoy famous ice cream brands and coff ee in a luxurious French-inspired location.
Housed in a French Villa at 11-13 Han Thuyen Street in District 1, Haagen-Dazs promises to bring a new experience for cafe-goers with more than over 60 flavors of ice cream to try, beverages and a peaceful view of the April 30 Park located opposite.
Boasting many flavors such as cookies and cream, amaretto almond crunch, vanilla raspberry swirl and chocolate chip, the world-famous Haagen Dazs brand has now landed in Vietnam as a result of the cooperation in franchise between Haagen- Dazs with International Lifestyle Joint Stock Company.
Founded in 1960 by Reuben Mattus and operating worldwide, the ice cream brand is occupying the plush villa, which has been redesigned conceptually to refl ect Haagen Dazs’ desire to create ‘extraordinary’ moments for guests. Haagen-Dazs products are on sale in over 50 countries.
