The online short film organization Yxine Film Festival (YxineFF) 2012 will officially kick off at www.yxineff.com with the film “16h30” by director Tran Dung Thanh Huy from Ho Chi Minh City on September 15, 2012.
Beside “16h30”, there will be “Nguoc dong” (upstream) by Le Hoang from Hanoi, “Hai chu chau” (uncle and son) by Nguyen Dinh Quy Anh from Ho Chi Minh City, “The two lives of Nate Hill” by Jeanne Joseph from France, “Dawn” by Leon Le from USA and the documentary film “Lady Piano” by director and poet Da Phuong Thao.
6 outstanding films of the YxineFF 2012 will be chosen for screening at the La Cief Theater in Central Paris (France).
Besides running www.yxineff.com, the organization has also brought movies to Paris, Los Angeles, Phnom Penh, Hanoi, Danang and HCMC.
Launched in May 2010 as a non-profit voluntary project, YxineFF has received support from organizations, enterprises and individuals./.
