The Vietnam-Republic of Korea (RoK) Cultural Week 2012 will take place in the southern province of Ba Ria-Vung Tau from September 15th to 23rd, as part of activities celebrating 20 years since the establishment of Vietnam-RoK diplomatic ties.
Through various activities, the week will help promote understanding and tighten the friendship and cooperation between the two countries, and between Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province and Korean localities.
Art performances, a film week, a gastronomy exchange, football match, a kite flying festival, a photo exhibition on Vietnam-RoK friendship, and a meeting on investment and trade promotion will all be held during the festival.
The opening and closing ceremonies will feature the participation of famous Vietnamese and Korean artists and singers./.
