Detailed Itinerary:

Our tour starts at 8 o’clock with a cyclo trip through the legendary streets of Hanoi’s Old Quarter to Cho Hang Da (Hang Za Market) – in the event of rain it may be necessary to transfer by taxi.
Then our itinerary is followed:
08.20: Enjoy a market tour around Hang Da Market, one of only 3 retail markets remaining in Hanoi that operates in a traditional style.
09.00: Taxi transfer from Hang Da Market to Highway4 restaurant
09.15: Welcome drinks at Highway4; kit out in chef outfits, receive menu booklets.
09.30 -11.30: Cooking class (3 dishes)
11.30: Lunch – feast on the dishes you have just prepared and get an introduction to Vietnamese dining style
12.30: End of program – select a special gift from the Highway4 range and farewell from our team!
Then we will take a taxi back to your hotel.
